The Budget & Treasury directorate provides financial support services expected to the entire municipality; operational departments and sections of council. This includes the management of the Operational and the Capital Budget.
About the Dir
The majority of the abovementioned expenditure is directed at delivering basic infrastructural services to the communities where the greatest needs exist.The key performance indicators and targets were grouped under the following performance areas:
- Revenue;
- Accounting and Reporting;
- Asset Management;
