Artisan Development Programme Launch-skills

At Indoor Sport Centre today, 710 young apprentices already identified, verified, and inducted, officially signed apprenticeship agreements with one of the programme partners, BCE Institute, marking the beginning of a 36-month artisan development programme.
The apprentices will receive training across a range of technical trades, including Electrical, Diesel Mechanics, Welding, and several other artisan disciplines, equipping them with nationally recognised skills.
Chris Hani District Municipality is proud to contribute to addressing the critical skills shortage while empowering young people with opportunities for sustainable employment and economic participation.
