As part of public- private partnership, Star Bread in partnership with CHDM, Department of Water and Sanitation, Water Resource Development handed over a borehole system to the community of Lesseyton. Further drilling was done on an existing borehole. The water system has undergone rigorous testing to ensure its chemical-free and safe for drinking. The borehole which pumps 3000 litres per hour will serve the entire village and surrounding areas. Meanwhile 200 wheelbarrow water containers were distributed to community members in need.
