Thyilas Primary Co-operative based in Molteno is today receiving cattle from the Chris Hani District Municipality as part of Rural Agro-industrial

Finance (RAFI) Beef production Programme launch. Officially handing over the cattle is Department of Rural Development and Agrarian Reform MEC Hon. Nomakhosazana Meth, and Executive Mayor Cllr Wongama Gela. This initiative is part of the RAFI programe aimed at commercializing local farming for better economic spin-offs.

The launch is a partnership between Chris Hani District Municipality,DRDAR, Chris Hani Co-operative Development Centre, Chris Hani Development Agency, Agri -Tertiary Cooperative, RAFI Beef, RAFI Grain, Al Mabroor and Londmark.
