CHDM consulted Dr AB Xuma Local Municipality as part of the IDP Review process for 2024/25, today at the New Council Chambers, Engcobo. The session was led by the acting Executive Mayor, Cllr Thembisile Bobo alongside Cllr Thumeka Bikwana.
