Contractor-Handover

#ContractorHandover I Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality’s Ward 11, Ward 16, and Ward 17 will benefit from job creation following the re-routing and upgrading of Bulk Sewer line in Mlungisi areas, Komani.
The Executive Mayor, Cllr Lusanda Sizani accompanied by the EMLM Executive Mayor, Cllr Madoda Papiyana together with MMCs and Councilors, introduced a contractor to the community at Mzingisi Skweyiya Community Hall this morning.
The project will run for a period of six months and will see 10 local people, including the CLO, getting temporary jobs, an opportunity to put food on the table.
MMC for Infrastructure, Cllr Bongeka Nobuntu, led community engagements, clarifying issues of work ethic and payments.
