Second leg of the oversight was at the construction of three doctors’ quarters, where MEC Lusithi and delegation led by the contractor conducted a walk-about of the Frontier Hospital doctors quarters, Kings ways flats and Komani Hospital doctors and nurses residence development.
This MEC Oversight is aimed at assessing project progress, quality compliance, and implementation challenges at these residence developments.
“This oversight visit becomes important for us as we seek to implement the work done by the Department of Public works and Infrastructure in order to have infrastructure development that has an impact on the immediate community beyond providing houses and acommodation for Doctors and Teachers so as to ensure that the community benefits, said MEC Siphokazi Lusithi.”
