Fully fledged Cyber Lab from SETA through the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies

The community of Ward 9, Dr AB Xuma LM, Manzana village is thrilled to have received a fully fledged Cyber Lab from SETA through the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies. The lab was handed over by the DDG for Communications and Digital Technology, Hon Mlindi Mashologu this morning at Manzana SSS.
This CyberLab is a fantastic addition to Manzana SSS’s technology resources and will greatly enhance students’ learning experience to develop essential digital literacy and cybersecurity skills.
Acting Executive Mayor, Cllr Bongeka Nobuntu said the district is excited to witness the department bringing this technology system to this rural school knowing that the mainstream economy is increasingly reliant on technology. “We call upon the community to jealously guard against any acts of vandalism towards this infrastructure which is meant to cater for many generations to come.
Dr AB Xuma Mayor, Cllr Siyabulela Zangqa said this lab came at a time where the local municipality is celebrating Dr AB Xuma Month, a stalwart that the municipality is named after, and the first Doctor from the area.
