Government to government engagement

A government to government engagement session between Chris Hani District Municipality and Sakhisizwe Local Municipality is currently underway in Cala at the LMs offices focusing on ward community needs in preparation for the 2024-2025 IDP Review. The session will help guide and inform budgeting and prioritisation of projects within the district.

Sakhisizwe LM Mayor, Cllr Boniswa Ponoshe highlighted the LMs ward community needs and areas of support requiring CHDMs intervention.

Cllr Siyabulela Nxozi, leading CHDM delegation, emphasized on the importance of the engagement stressing on collaborations in ensuring provision of quality services to the people.
