CHDM in partnership with Cemforce, Vukani FM and Devine Seed NPO handed over household material and ablution structure to the Stulo family in Vaalbank, Emalahleni LM. The Stulo family has a child living with disability, and Devine Seed NPO working with the Municipality identified the family to improve living conditions.
