Chris Hani District Municipality (CHDM) has developed its draft INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN (IWMP) in terms of the provisions of the National Environmental Management Waste Act (Act 59 of 2008). This notice serves to notify all interested and affected parties about the availability of the document. In order to ensure that you are identified as an Interested and Affected Party, please submit your name and contact information to Mr. Z. Kolanisi or Ms. Banjwa from CHDM within 30 days of issue of the advert via telephone number (045 808 9038/41) OR Email: abanjwa@chrishanidm.gov.za/ zkolanisi@chrishanidm.gov.za.  Alternatively, you can request the document from the front desk.
