Legal Services Unit held an Eastern Cape Local Government Legal Advisor’s Forum

CHDM through the Legal Services Unit held an Eastern Cape Local Government Legal Advisor’s Forum today at the Council Chambers, Bells Road, Komani. The purpose was to engage on the establishment of municipal courts and its functions as presented by Advocate Nokuthula Phiti. Look at litigation trends in the Eastern Cape and ways to mitigate the rise of litigation against local government.
