Local Labour Forum Capacity Building Session

2nd day of Local Labour Forum capacity building session as facilitated by the South african local goverment association (SALGA) Eastern Cape is currently underway at CHDM Council Chambers in Komani. This is part of the is 3 day training which started on the 25 to 27 October 2022, targeting Local Labour Forum from Chris Hani and Joe Gqabi districts municipalities.
This training is aimed to capacitate and equip the Councillors and officials serving in the labour and human resources portfolio committee with appropriate knowledge and skills to execute their oversight roles and responsibilities on issues of the legislative context of Human Resources and Labour Relations.
The session continues tomorrow focusing on performance management systems.
