NELSON MANDELA DAY

CHDM Deputy Executive Mayor, Cllr Noncedo September joined MEC for Social Development, Hon Bukiwe Fanta to spend time with elderly and other vulnerable people in Ezibeleni One Stop Centre. This is part of Mandela day’s acts of kindness where the MEC and Executive Mayor planted seedlings and trees in the Centre’s Garden. The 2024 Mandela Day is celebrated under theme “ It’s still in our hands to combat poverty and inequity”.
