Stakeholder Engagement

CHDM held a stakeholder engagement on the draft Municipal By-laws, Debt Rehabilitation Programme and State of the District Address (SODA) highlights today at Cala Town Hall, Sakhisizwe Local Municipality. SPU Portfolio Head, Cllr Thembisile Bobo, said these by-laws that the municipality is developing will assist in strengthening the provision of the services.
