Women support programmes in the district by CHDM

As part of the planned women support programmes in the district by CHDM, a memorial lecture for Mama Charlotte Maxeke was held today, delivered by MP, Hon Sisisi Tolashe, in Gqobonco Village, Engcobo.

Engcobo Local Municipality is amongst the areas who have recently experienced a wrath of violence against women and children this past month and the program was to bring the community together to initiate plans on tackling femicide in the district as a whole.
