HOW TO LODGE YOUR COMPLAINT/QUERY/ DISPUTE IN CHDM

The Chris Hani District Municipality has developed and adopted a Customer Complaints Management Procedure in order to ensure that all queries, complaints and disputes are attended effectively and efficiently. Billing Staff out of office
