Eastern Cape Liquor Board in collaboration with CHDM, Enoch Mgijima LM, Department of Local Economic Development, SAPS, Agriculture and other stakeholders held a community outreach in Ntabethemba focusing at raising awareness about misuse of alcohol, the improper sale of liquor and the dangers of consuming unsafe alcohol.
