Labour Activation Programme
The first build-up session towards the official Launch of the Labour Activation Programme through Food Aggression has kicked in today with Enoch Mgijima LM.
CHDM Executive Mayor, Cllr Lusanda Sizani, addressed more than 850 participants or beneficiaries for only Enoch Mgijima LM at Thobi-Kula Indoor Sport Centre, Komani.
This initiative is aimed at addressing unemployment and improving Local Economic Development through agriculture across the District.
CHDM’s commitment to local economic development and agriculture seeks to reposition the district as a ‘food basket’ as it boasts of the biggest irrigation schemes in the SADC region.
