MAKE WINTER WARM FOR THE ELDERLY

Seven elderly centres (Empilweni, Ikhwezi, Masincedane, Sikhanyise, Lelethu, Luncedo, Siyazama) received 20 Urns and 20 heaters, meanwhile, 100 elderly women from Ward 12, 13 and 15 of Intsika Yethu Municipality, received blankets each to honour them for their contribution in their respective communities. Executive Mayor, Cllr Lusanda Sizani and Intsika Yethu Acting Mayor, Cllr Azipheli Nkota led the handover and recognized these women legends under the theme: “Celebrating 30 Years of Democracy Towards Women’s Development”.
