The handover of AgriTrade and Investment as facilitated by DEDEAT

CHDM Acting Executive Mayor, Cllr Sinomtha Lali-Madubedude officiated the handover of AgriTrade and Investment as facilitated by DEDEAT. The AgriTrade and Investment (Pty) LTD is an angricultural retail company funded by the Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism (DEDEAT) and has been under monitoring since 2022.
Speaking during the handover, Cllr Lali applauded the department for the support that is geared toward economic growth of the district, working hand in hand with the Chris Hani Development Agency, which is an economic development vehicle of the district.
Through this massive support,AgriTrade has grown to a sustainable level and created job opportunities for the youth of Chris Hani District.
